Shipping Costs
Shipping Cost for all items worldwide is calculated on an item-by-item basis. The shipping costs and options will be displayed once you proceed to checkout.
Availability:
- Most of our items are held in stock and can be shipped immediately. Items which are not held in stock will typically be shipped within 7 days.
- Customers will be updated regularly by email regarding exact shipping date and tracking number.
- Regular Air Mail:
7 - 21 days from time of shipping.
- Expedited Shipping via Express Mail:
3 - 5 days from time of shipping. This option will add $25 to your order total.
- Please be aware that the moment the package leaves our premises, it could be subject to slight delays caused by customs, carrier delays, etc. In most cases our products will not be subject to customs duties.
- Please note that we ship to overseas, and delays such as above might occur. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
- In case we don't have part of your order in stock, we will typically wait until all items are available, and consolidate your order into one delivery. Please notify us if you would like your order sent in two parts. The shipping costs for the second delivery to make up your order will be borne by Israel Military.
We ship our products via:
- Registered Air Post
Delivery time is 7- 21 business days after shipping. This includes a tracking number for convenience of tracking your order. In case of lost package we will apply the Postal Office Authorities for details and check up. Most items are shipped this way, unless the Express Mail option is selected on checkout.
- Express Air Mail
Delivery time is 3-5 days after shipping. We send orders via Express Mail upon a customer request (for an additional fee of $25).
Returns Policy
- You may return an item sold by IsraelMilitary.com within 14 days of delivery for a refund (not including postage). Please note we reserve the right to charge a small restocking fee.
- You may exchange an item for a bigger or smaller size. In such a case the shipping cost for the returned goods will be covered by the customer.
- In case you received a damaged or defective item - you may return it for a replacement.
- In case you received a wrong item - ship it back and we will replace it for you.
- In case you want to cancel your order before your order was processed or shipped - let us know and we will cancel your order and will refund your account.
- In case you want to change any detail of your order before it was shipped - let us know via e-mail or by phone.
- Please note, for items returned for refund, we reserve the right to charge a small restocking fee.
- In case your oder has not arrived, we request that you wait 30 days from time of order, in order to give a chance to the Mail Authorities. After 30 days please let us know if your order has not arrived.
