The vest is used by the IDF anti-terrorist and special forces.
The vest provides protection to shoulders, neck, back and front of body available from protection level I up to IIIA.
Options:
- Groin Protection.
- Ceramic plate insert to upgrade the vest to protection level III or IV.
LEVEL 3A-BASIC
- UPPER BODY PROTECTION-front and back only.
- Without any inserted ceramic plates.
- Protect from Pistols and UZI bullets only.
- Weight: 4.5kg.
LEVEL 3
- Inserted 2 ceramic plates in size 30x25cm upgrade the vest to level 3.
- Stops Kalachnikov and M16 bullets up to 800 m/sec. speed.
- Front,back and waist body protection only.
- Extra plates weight is 2.8kg each plate.
- Additional cost for 2 ceramic plates at level 3: $260.
LEVEL 4 - HIGHEST AND MOST PROTECTIVE LEVEL
- 2 Inserted Ceramic plates in size 30x25cm on front and back upgrade the vest to level 4.
- Protect from KALACHNIKOV and M16 ARMORED PIERCING BULLETS.
- Front,back,waist,shoulders and neck body protection.
- Plates extra weight - 3.2 Kg each plate
- Additional cost for 2 ceramic plates at level 4: $300
